Harper Lethin is a multimedia artist and biologist pursuing a career in microbiology, virology, immunology, or other health science. Bacteriophage therapy is Harper's passion—they're exploring paths towards a career in research or application of phage therapy in conjunction with an art practice. Harper works primarily in ceramics, wearable sculpture, and comics, exploring multispecies kinships and settling human bodies into an ecological milieu. Harper graduated from Reed College in 2024 after writing their undergraduate thesis on using artistic and microbiological techniques to grasp at human-phage relationships and their biopolitical and personal implications.
